  10. Well, I'll take a stab at it...it *could* be that depending on
  11. what machine your running,
  12.  
  13. 1) the simplist problem could be SHARE.EXE
  14. is not loaded
  15.  
  16. 2) The file is already being used on another node which has taken
  17. complete ownership of the file
  18.  
  19. 3) Sometimes Read/Write is not enough, somethimes giving it
  20. "ACCESS CONTROL" if it's NOVELL network 
  21.  
  22. 4) The drive was not mapped correctly..

  24. These are only just a few of my guesses...hope you get it fixed :)
